International shipments may be subject to local import duties or VAT, charged by your country's customs authority. ASIC miners are declared accurately as computing hardware. Any import charges are the recipient's responsibility.
Photograph the packaging and hardware before anything else, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Transit damage is covered — we replace or refund after carrier claim confirmation.
