Refund Policy

30-day returns

Unopened hardware in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Contact us first for a return authorization and the return address.

Defective on arrival

If a miner or wallet arrives dead or defective, tell us within 7 days. We'll arrange replacement or full refund including return shipping. All miners carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

How crypto refunds work

• Refunds are issued in USDT (or the original settlement asset) to a wallet address you provide.
• The refund amount is the USD value of your order — not the coin amount at time of payment. Market movement between purchase and refund is not compensated in either direction.
• Refunds are sent within 5 business days of the returned unit passing inspection.

Not refundable

• Hardware wallets with a broken security seal (industry standard — a resealed wallet can't be trusted).
• Miners physically damaged by incorrect power supply, overclocking firmware, or immersion.
• Network fees paid on the original transaction.
