Returns & RMA Process

This page describes the practical return process. For what qualifies, see the Refund Policy.

Step by step

• 1. Request authorization — email support@cryptobridges.co.uk with your CS- order number and reason. Unauthorized returns can't be processed.
• 2. Receive your RMA — we reply within one business day with the RMA number and the correct return address for your region.
• 3. Pack & ship — original packaging, RMA number on the label, tracked service. Miners must be shipped in their original foam — transit damage from bad packing isn't covered.
• 4. Inspection — 2–3 business days after arrival.
• 5. Resolution — refund in USDT to your wallet (USD value of the order), replacement, or repair — per the Refund Policy.

Timing

Return requests: within 30 days of delivery (unopened) or 7 days (defective on arrival). Refunds are sent within 5 business days of passed inspection.
