Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Email support@cryptobridges.co.uk with your CS- order number and "cancel". If payment already settled on-chain, the refund is sent in USDT (USD value of the order) within 5 business days.
Once the carrier has the parcel we can no longer cancel — refuse delivery or use the standard returns process instead.
Orders that stay unpaid expire automatically — nothing to do, nothing owed.
