Warranty Policy

All hardware sold by CRYPTOBRIDGES is new and covered as follows.

Coverage

• ASIC & home miners — 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects: dead hashboards, failed control boards, PSU faults under correct input voltage.
• Hardware wallets & accessories — the manufacturer's own warranty applies (typically 12–24 months); we facilitate the claim.

What voids warranty

• Operating outside manufacturer specifications (wrong voltage, inadequate cooling, humidity outside rated range)
• Third-party or custom firmware, overclocking beyond stock settings
• Immersion cooling of non-immersion units; physical damage; opened chassis seals

Making a claim

Email support@cryptobridges.co.uk with your order number, serial number, and a short video of the fault. We respond within one business day with an RMA decision. Approved claims are repaired, replaced, or refunded at our option; return shipping for confirmed defects is on us.
